That is true, I wish it weren't true but it is.

I would talk about feeling but in order to do that I need to be hiding from the cops.

Edit: Nevermind.

I sometimes wish I was invisible. I am also afraid of rejection.
I am glad I shared, this group therapy thing is the bomb.

Do you wish you could be invisible to help you avoid rejection?

Guys, I am offering some grade A psychoanalysis here if you want to get in on this.

Well, I'm my own grandpa, here's my story.
Many, many years ago
When I was twenty-three
I was married to a widow
Who was pretty as can be
This widow had a grown-up daughter
Who had hair of red
My father fell in love with her
And soon the two were wed

This made my dad my son-in-law
And changed my very life
For my daughter was my mother
'Cause she was my father's wife
To complicate the matter
Though it really brought me joy
I soon became the father
Of a bouncing baby boy

This little baby then became
A brother-in-law to Dad
And so became my uncle
Though it made me very sad
For if he was my uncle
Then that also made him brother
Of the widow's grown-up daughter
WHo of course is my step-mother

Chorus
I'm my own grandpa
I'm my own grandpa
It sounds funny I know
But it really is so
Oh, I'm my own grandpa

My father's wife then had a son
Who kept them on the run
And he became my grandchild
For he was my daughter's son
My wife is now my mother's mother
And it makes me blue
Because although she is my wife
She's my grandmother too

Now if my wife is my grandmother
Then I'm her grandchild
And every time I think of it
It nearly drives me wild
For now I have become
The strangest case you ever saw
As husband of my grandma
I am my own grandpa

Wow, Doc, you're good. So what are you going to prescribe me for it? Prozac? St John's Wart? Invisibility potion?

The only answer to your problems is you.
We can show you the way, but you have to walk the path.

Are you willing to walk the path we show you, my son?

Does this path involve your prescription pad?

I'd suggest following a career that is in some way related to the course you studied. I hope that helps.

You can go do what I'm planning on doing:

Travel the world starting from your hometown with nothing but a backpack with survival stuff in it.
Then you'll have to depend on being nice to people in order for you to survive. You could also try finding a job after two weeks or so and do silly stuff to raise money for your world travel.
PROTIP: Look for bikes on scrapheaps and try to sneak in on cargoships.

I may be influenced by video games, but this sure is what I'm going to do when I finish college.

(I'm not exactly sure about the hometown thing. Maybe I'll just take a plane to New Zealand first.)

Professional skydiving! If you have any fears about your future, they will not be able to compare to the experience of jumping out of a plane, I bet.

Well, I've done guest comics. One, to be exact. I'm working on my second one. I don't know if I can take it full time. How do you like it?

Skydiving - I should look into that one. I suppose bungee jumping would have the same effect. Or cross-country running-away-from-zombies.

The webcomic thing has its plusses and minuses, but overall I'm happy with it.

What is it that you'd really like to do though? I would say that you should do that.

What if what I wanted to do wasn't, in it's strictest sense of the word, a 'job' or 'legal.' Should I still do it?

I'm going to say "yes" tentatively but also state for any future legal investigators reading this site that in no way did I support or aid in any tragic yet hilarious future crimes which Mystic Monkey may have committed after the posting of this advice.

Elsh's post reminded me of beavers. Which in turn reminded me of owls. Which in turn reminded me of beavers.

Yes, my mind is very interesting. Sometimes.
