Rectangle or circle?

Rectangle or circle?

Postby Nyr » Wed Apr 21, 2010 11:07 am

Do you prefer rectangle pizzas, or round pizzas?

This curious question rose to me as I was eating rectangle pizzas at Capey's. I had never eaten one before, but it tasted really good. Also, the pizza could be cut into squares, which I really liked. It felt more comfortable to hold that way.

However, circle pizzas got the circle factor. Circles are just awesome. It is also more fitting for a plate, since most often a plate is round. Rectangle pizzas often stick out of the plate and this often annoys me. Circle pizzas fit on the plate, which is a huge pro.

All in all, I think I have a preference. I wonder, though, what is your stand on this problem?

All things being equal, I prefer circles. I'm pretty traditional.

(I'd like to emphasise the bit about equal variables though, because quality of toppings and dough will and should always prevail over geometrical shape.)

If I wasn't too lazy you wouldn't have an ass to get up off of.

Oh you're welcome, I thought that if I was going to be making my first and probably only 300 reference ever I should probably over-do it.

You've just blown my mind.

Would the topping be on the inside surface or outside surface of the sphere? Or is it just a sphere completely filled with toppings?

Would it still be called a topping if it was inside?

I guess "stuffing" would be more appropriate, right?

I'd like a pizza with pepperoni stuffing.

If you cut it out of a cylinder shaped pizza. Although this means the toppings have to be in another dimension.

But, should you choose to eat the pizza straight out of the box Image the square pizza fits better

^ Also, what if you has square plates? I use to have square plates for school organized events, such as retreats, and we would always get pizza. The younger students always seemed to prefer the square pizza because of the plates being square. :geek:
