Buttersafe Expo Philadelphia

Recently, Philadelphia has been plagued with a lot of crime. But the biggest crime is that there was no Buttersafe Expo Philadelphia last year.
One of Mayor Michael Nutter's campaign promises was to reduce crime in the City of Brotherly Love, so the responsibility of organizing BSX-Philly should be his. But Mayor Nutter has a lot on his plate, so maybe we should give the mayor a break and do it ourselves.

Would this BSX-Philly be an event for men and women of all ages?

Well, I think it is a bit unreasonable to expect men and women much older than 120 to show up, but yes, the event will be for men and women of "all" ages.

Awesome awesome awesome!
BSX-Philly promises to be better than the BSX in Massachusettes and everyone within SEPTA range should come.
Everyone, that is, that likes fun and/or pizza.

I enjoy fun and/or pizza.
Where might this Philadelphia BSX be taking place?

Well, here's the sitch:
I don't really know any good pizza places in Philly. I most know the Center City area and there I only know three pizza places.
One of them: Really cramped. I know BSX-Philly isn't going to be as big as some others, but I feel claustrophobic in that place when I'm by myself.
Another one of them: Good space, terrible pizza.
A third one: It's one of those gourmet pizza places where it is super expensive and, sometimes, super disappointing.
Do any of you other Philly people have some first-hand pizza experience? If not, I can do some research. I'm sure up near Penn they gotta have some good pizza places, but I don't really know those.

As a penn student, I confirm that we have many good pizza places in our vicinity.
Perhaps Allegro or Pasqually's. Old Towne and Powelton should not be considered, but there are many many places to eat pizza and/or be merry. I shall have to stage some reconnaissance missions.

You know, I've always wanted to go to Allegro. The people in there always look like they are having such fun!
Plus it seems like a nice open place to meet creepy internet people.

I'm not really the type of person that goes around exploring various pizza places in my spare time, but if it's Chestnut Hill, Cosimo's is a nice place. With nice pizza.

Are you opposed to Allegro, Shira? That's more convenient for me, and I guess probably more convenient for Digbirt.
One good thing about this situation if we keep up with the low numbers we don't have to call anybody to plan ahead or anything like that.

Yes, Allegro is more convenient for me. I've never actually been there, but I've heard its quite good.
On the other hand, there is one other place, Pizza Rustica, the quality of whom's pizza I can attest to.
What do you guys want to do?

Unfortunately I will be out of town this weekend and unable to attend. *Sad face*

Sad face indeed.
Okay, so it doesn't seem like anyone is coming.
I think in order to maximize attendance to BSX Philadelphia, I am going to relocate it to Everywhere. You will attend BSX Philly whether you like it or not.
Don't show up at Allegro.
